Favorite Dinner Selections

When you just want to relax, let someone else do the cooking, and enjoy a good meal, you'll find lots of delicious choices at Zumbro River Cafe.

For Starters, try the 5 Spice Wonton Chips or a bowl of Soup. Always on the menu for soups are Chicken Noodle, Creamy Tomato, Boundary Waters Wild Rice and Daily Feature. There's Grilled Cheese Flatbread Triangles or Grilled Flatbread with Tomato, Cucumber & Tzatziki Sauce.

Dinners are served with choice of Potato, Vegetable Du Jour, plus roll and butter. Try the Seared Rib-Eye Steak, or for something just like Mom would make, get the Yankee Pot Roast of Beef. It's slow-roasted tender with Pan Gravy and comes with Grilled Vegetable.

Fish lovers can choose between Grilled Walleye or Honey Maple Salmon Filet. Or try the Bacon Wrapped Turkey Medallions. Cafe Favorites are also available including Quiche, Noodle Bowl and Mac & Cheese.

There's a selection of wine and beers to start your meal and nice desserts to finish off a great meal.

Favorite Lunch Selections

Hot Sandwiches, Grilled Sandwiches and Anytime Breakfast Sandwiches are on the Lunch Menu at Zumbro River Cafe. Be sure to ask your server about the daily Lunch Special. And there are Cafe Specials such as Quiche, Mongolian Beef Noodle Bowl and Mac & Cheese.

A few of the crowd favorites among the Hot Sandwiches include Cafe Burger, Philly Beef, Steak Sandwich and Turkey BLT. From the Grill the Tuna Melt and Double Grilled Cheese with Cheddar & Mozzarella are popular choices. The Anytime Egg & Cheese Sandwiches are made with Larry Schultz Farm Organic Eggs. All of these are served with choice of Soup, Salad or Fries.

Beverages include Dunn Bros Coffee as well as all the other beverages available at the adjacent Dunn Bros.

Favorite Breakfast Selections

Breakfast Platters, Quiche, and Fresh From the Grill items can be found on the Breakfast and Brunch Menu. The Breakfast Platters include Eggs with Bacon or Sausage, Steak & Eggs and various Omelet combinations. The Breakfast Platters are served with Potato and Toast and the eggs are Organic Farm Eggs raised locally by Larry Schultz.

Fresh From the Grill includes Buttermilk Pancakes (or Blue Corn Pancakes on weekends), French Toast with the option of adding fruit, pecans or meat, plus Egg & Cheese Sandwich.

Quiche is also popular with either Ham & Cheddar or Vegetable Quiche of the Day.
